Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2025

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made on www.altrdmnds.com ("Site"). We partner with Printful.com for on-demand production and fulfillment, and we use Wix.com as our e‑commerce platform. Please read this policy to understand your rights and our procedures for refunds and returns.1. OverviewBecause we produce items as they are ordered (“print-on-demand”), all sales are final except in the following circumstances:

Defective or damaged products

Incorrect or incomplete orders

Cancellation requests before production begins (within 12 hours of order placement)

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Defective/Damaged Items: Eligible if item arrives with manufacturing defects, printing errors, or physical damage.

Incorrect Orders: Eligible if you receive the wrong product, size, or print design.

Order Cancellations: Must request within 12 hours of placing the order, before Printful begins production.

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@altrdmnds.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your Order Number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item and packaging

3. Process & Timeline

Submission: Email support@altrdmnds.com with required details.

Review: We will review your request and, if approved, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return Shipping: For approved returns/exchanges, we will provide a pre-paid return label via Printful when applicable. In rare cases, you may need to ship the item at your expense and be reimbursed.

Inspection: Once Printful receives the returned item, they will inspect it to verify eligibility.

Resolution: If approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method (minus shipping if applicable). Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.

4. Non‑Refundable Items

Customized or personalized products (unless defective or incorrect)

Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)

Gift cards or digital downloads

6. Late or Missing RefundsIf you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days after approval:

Check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your payment provider—processing times vary.
