This Shipping Policy describes shipping practices for products ordered through www.altrdmnds.com ("Site"). We partner with Printful.com for order fulfillment and use Wix.com as our e‑commerce platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand how and when your orders will ship.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed by Printful within 2–7 business days after placement (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Customization & Production: Each item is made-to-order; production schedules vary—refer to Printful’s production times at https://www.printful.com/production-times.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic (USA): Standard shipping (5–7 business days) via USPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited options available at checkout.

  • International: Delivery times vary by destination (7–21 business days) via DHL, FedEx, or local postal services. Expedited international shipping options may be offered.

  • Shipment Tracking: You will receive a tracking email from Printful once your order ships. Track via the carrier’s site.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • International Rates: Calculated at checkout. Import duties or customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.

  • Free Shipping Promotions: May apply during promotional periods; see site banner or checkout for details.

4. Duties, Taxes & Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These are not included in item prices or shipping costs.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery; we are not liable for customs-related delays.

5. Lost, Damaged & Incorrect Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact support@altrdmnds.com within 7 days. We’ll coordinate with Printful and carriers.

  • Damaged Items: Inspect on arrival. Report damage within 7 days with photos to support@altrdmnds.com for replacement or refund.

  • Incorrect Orders: Report wrong items/sizes within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange an exchange per Printful’s policy.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Follows our Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers handle return shipping unless the error is on our part.
